Each piece is meticulously hand-dyed, hand-finished, and saddle-stitched to ensure a perfect fit and a premium feel. The natural grain of the leather means no items are alike, giving your 4x4 a unique, high-end touch.

What leather do you use?

We use full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather. It’s hand-dyed, hand-stitched, and finished for durability with a rugged yet refined look.

How should I care for my leather gear?

Use a natural leather conditioner (like natural non-dyed dubbin) every few months or if the leather feels dry. Keep away from prolonged moisture or direct sunlight for best longevity.

How can I customise my order?

Many of our products are designed with customisability in mind. You can select specific features or configurations to tailor your gear setup for any journey. Please check the product descriptions for customisation options available for each item.

How long does it take for Made To Order items to ship?

Many of our creations require personalisation of thread colours and various other style preferences that you make at check out. This ensures you get a unique piece exactly how you want it. However, this means we need 3-5 business days to create your item. After which time the usual shipping times will take effect.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us for assistance. 

Customised items such as personalised branded leather goods (your own logo) are non returnable.

How long does shipping take?

For domestic UK delivery, in-stock items under £50 will be sent out the next working day, while items over £50 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. For international orders, delivery times may vary, but typically range from 5-14 business days for tracked items. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for the package to clear customs.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.

Can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to exchange for.
