Domestic UK Delivery

IN STOCK ITEMS

In-stock items are usually dispatched the same working day when ordered before our daily collection. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for standard parcels and Parcelforce Express 24 for large parcels, such as large organiser panels.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 3-5 business days. This allows time for your item to be handcrafted and personalised with your chosen options.

BACKORDER ITEMS

Some products may be available to purchase on backorder when temporarily out of stock.

Where a product is on backorder, an estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. This date represents our current best estimate and may be updated if production schedules change.

If no estimated dispatch date is available, the product page will display "TBC".

If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations directly from our website.

Shipping options, delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. Available services may include carriers such as FedEx and DHL Express.

European Union Orders

Due to recent changes to EU product compliance regulations, we have temporarily suspended shipments to European Union countries.

As a small British manufacturer, we'd rather pause shipments than offer a service that doesn't meet the standards we set for ourselves.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome EU customers back in the future.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For supported international destinations, duties, taxes and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where applicable. This allows you to see the full landed cost of your order before completing your purchase.

International orders are processed by Global-e, who acts as the Merchant of Record for eligible international transactions. By placing an international order, you may be purchasing from Global-e rather than directly from Out There Equipped.

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery, customs authorities may occasionally hold parcels for inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs processing times.
