Quick to Adapt

The panels are mounted on spacers to help with clearance for accessories and brackets which means you can still customise your set up without removing the door trim.

However, with just 6 bolts on the large panel and 4 on the smaller panel, they remove easily, letting you reconfigure pouches and accessories on the bench instead of wrestling inside the cab.

This option includes the bare MOLLE panels. Designed to bolt directly onto your existing tailgate door card.

Option 2 - MOLLE Panels Pre-Fitted to New Door Card

Ready to install and replace your old door card.

This option arrives fully assembled on a brand new Defender tailgate door card. Panels are professionally aligned, mounted, and ready to bolt straight into your vehicle.

This is the no-compromise option. More cost upfront, but it saves time and delivers a factory-clean result.

Which option to choose?

If your existing door card is mint and you enjoy fitting gear, buy the panels only. If it’s marked, warped, or you just want it done once and done right, the pre-fitted option is the smarter buy.

Installation

The panel attaches to the inside trim of your Defender’s rear door.

Fitting steps (summary):

1. Remove the your tailgate door card.
2. Position the panels and mark your holes.
3. Drill ten holes using a 6mm drill bit.
4. Affix the MOLLE panels using the provided hardware. Marine Grade Bolt > Protective washer > Molle Panel > Spacer > Door Trim > Stainless Steel Washer > Stainless Steel Locking Nut.
5. Refit the original trim

A straightforward install that delivers a major upgrade in practicality and organisation.

Basic tools needed:

• 4mm Allen Key (M4)
• 10mm Spanner
