Each piece is cut, dyed, stitched, and finished entirely by hand. The result is a small detail that adds a touch of class when opening and closing your rear door.
Available in three timeless leather colours Black, Tan, and Walnut and finished with your choice of stitching. Whether you prefer a subtle match or a contrasting stitch that stands out, this handle cover adds a touch of heritage style to your Defender.

Pre-fitted on new aftermarket handle
You also have the option to purchase the cover fitted on a brand new aftermarket replacement handle as seen in the photographs. This is a direct replacement for your existing handle and a good choice if yours is looking a little beat up from years of fun on the tracks.

Fitting instructions
If you are purchasing to fit on your existing Defender door handle you will be supplied with special blunt needles, pre-threaded for easy fitting in the pre-punched holes. No sewing experience neccessary. Lace them on in a criss-cross pattern (like shoelaces) and they’ll tighten into place, creating a secure, comfortable grip that feels factory-fitted.
- Unbolt your handle.
- Thread your included blunt needles.
- Loosely lace the handle cover on.
- Once you have threaded through the holes in a criss-crossed pattern, pull the loops tight one or two loops at a time from your starting point. Much like how you would lace your shoes then gradually tighten them up. A small hook or even an Allen Key can help you pull the loops tight for a snug fit.

If you are purchasing the cover pre-fitted to a new aftermarket handle you only need to unscrew your existing handle and replace it in seconds.
